Analogue Signal Sensor

Bring analogue measurements from flow, pressure and other industrial transducers onto the wireless network. Choose current-loop or voltage inputs to match the instrument.

EpiSensor Analogue Signal Sensor

Analogue signals, wirelessly

ZIO and ZVO bring 4–20 mA and 0–10 V instruments onto the site network without new cabling back to the Gateway.

Instruments onto the network

Connect a flow meter, pressure transmitter or pH sensor, and its reading reaches the Gateway over the wireless mesh.

What it monitors

  • Flow rate
  • Pressure
  • pH
  • Other 4–20 mA outputs
  • Other 0–10 V outputs

0.001 mA resolution on current-loop inputs

ZIO measures across 0–20 mA on externally powered loops, up to 36 V DC.

Current or voltage inputs

ZIO for 4–20 mA loops, ZVO for 0–10 V signals at 0.001 V resolution. Both come in single or dual channel.

Mains powered and sealed

An 85–264 V AC supply is built in, drawing 5 W at most, inside an IP67 polycarbonate enclosure.

Keeps its readings, keeps them yours

Up to two years of readings in non-volatile flash, time-stamped to the second and synchronised to the Gateway, so a radio outage loses nothing. AES-128 on the mesh and TLS 1.2 upstream, and no EpiSensor cloud service is required: your data never passes through our servers.
