Is this a Wireless M-Bus receiver?
Is this a Wireless M-Bus receiver?
No. The ZHM-21 is a wired M-Bus (EN 13757-2) master: it powers and polls one meter over a two-wire cable. The wireless part is its Zigbee link to the Gateway. It does not receive Wireless M-Bus (EN 13757-4) radio telegrams.

No. Each ZHM-21 reads one meter and has no pass-through. Fit one ZHM per meter; each is its own device on the mesh.

Up to 1,000 m to the meter, on the 2 m flying lead the ZHM-21 provides. Use a cable and baud rate that suit the run.
