Sensirion
CO₂, humidity, flow and air-quality sensors for connected equipment
Sensgreen connects building systems and wireless devices through Cloud BMS, Wireless BMS and an on-premises or hosted Integration Hub.
Sensgreen supplies software for connecting and operating commercial-building systems. Its Cloud BMS adds analytics to existing controls, with fault detection, alarm prioritisation and reporting. The company separates that layer from wireless control and from the software that integrates data sources. This distinction is useful for buildings that already have a BMS but lack consistent operational analysis, as well as sites where individual room devices remain manually controlled. The overall offering combines measurements, equipment context and workflows so that a problem can be investigated as part of a building system rather than as an isolated sensor alert.
Integration Hub can run as a Docker container on customer hardware or as an on-site appliance, with no cloud account required for local operation. The published protocol list includes BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP, MQTT, LoRaWAN and HTTP interfaces, with additional building and industrial connections. It normalises measurements, supports reusable device profiles and routes data to destinations such as MQTT, HTTP or local storage. Local buffering retains data during connection interruptions. The page also describes cloud-hosted deployment. Those options belong to Integration Hub specifically and should not be confused with a promise that every Sensgreen cloud feature runs locally.
Fault detection, diagnostics, trends and operational reporting.2
Coordinated schedules and setpoints for supported wireless controllers.4
Submeter views, reporting and power-quality analysis where input data supports it.5
Wireless BMS focuses on schedules, setpoints and control of supported room-level equipment. Listed asset types include LoRaWAN split-air-conditioner controllers, radiator valves, fan-coil thermostats and sockets, with gateway integration for VRF equipment. Occupancy, window and air-quality measurements can inform the control logic. The intended role is to coordinate devices that would otherwise depend on separate remotes or manual routines. The service is therefore different from simply adding a wireless sensor to an existing dashboard: useful operation also depends on actuator integration, comfort limits and the selected operating rules for each zone or tenancy.
The energy-management offering includes submeter views, threshold alerts, reporting and analyses of electrical conditions where suitable measurements exist. Cloud BMS extends the operating context to chillers, air-handling units, pumps, fan coils and variable-air-volume equipment. Its Chennai project description illustrates the intended workflow of organising existing BMS points by equipment and turning recurring faults into actionable reports. The page explicitly labels the published outcome figures as illustrative pending confirmation, so they are not presented here as measured customer savings. The useful evidence is the described integration and analysis workflow, not those provisional percentages.
The company page identifies Hasan Basri Tosun as CEO and co-founder, Mehmet Yiğitcan Yeşilata as CTO and co-founder, and Fatih Aykut Yıldırım as engineering vice president and co-founder. Their published backgrounds span energy systems, machine learning, building science and embedded integration. Sensgreen works through a partner network for commercial-building projects and presents solutions for energy, air quality and HVAC operations. Its current portfolio places a stronger distinction between integration, analytics and wireless control than a single generic IoT-platform label would suggest. Those separate components allow different starting points according to the building’s existing controls and available data. Its official company profile dates the business to 2018 and identifies Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates as headquarters.
