GivEnergy's catalogue combines home batteries, inverters and monitoring with a separate commercial storage offering. Its current site continues to describe equipment for homeowners and businesses, but the corporate position needs equal attention: Companies House records GivEnergy Ltd, company 11571089, as in administration. The administrator's statement distinguishes that UK residential supplier from other group companies, including the commercial, Australian and software businesses. This profile therefore describes the product ecosystem while retaining that legal boundary. An existing installation, its cloud service and a new hardware order can involve different counterparties.

Offering

The All-in-One family combines a battery with an inverter. The All-in-One 2 can add two 13.5 kWh expansion batteries, giving the manufacturer's stated maximum of 40.5 kWh. An optional MPPT unit adds direct solar input, while Gateway 2 supplies the associated backup and load-control functions. GivEnergy also advertises a commercial cabinet combining the power-conversion system, battery, controls and safety equipment. That cabinet has 30 kW and 50 kW versions with 69 kWh storage. This is a cloud API rather than proof of a general local device interface. The All-in-One page separately specifies Wi-Fi and LAN for monitoring, remote diagnostics and software updates, linking the physical installation to the monitoring service.

Markets

GivEnergy Commercial targets businesses managing peak demand, shifting electricity use and using more on-site renewable generation. Its commercial material discusses integration with solar, vehicle charging and building management. For homeowners, the contact and installer page separates product enquiries from installer accounts and training: engineers receive their own learning access within a company account. Existing customers should also read the administrator's notice. It states that GivEnergy Ltd ceased trading and would no longer honour its hardware warranties or support, directing consumers first to installers; it does not make that declaration about every separately named group company.
