Overview

REPT BATTERO develops lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles and stationary storage. Its product range extends from individual cells through battery packs to containerised systems, so its role can differ substantially between projects. A storage integrator may buy cells for its own design, while a developer may select a Powtrix system with much more of the battery installation already assembled. The company also supplies vehicle applications, but those should not be confused with its stationary catalogue. Chemistry, pack construction and application requirements remain specific to the selected product.

Offering

The battery-system catalogue includes Powtrix 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 DC containers, with stated capacities of 3.727 MWh, 5.015 MWh and 6.261 MWh respectively. It also describes Powtrix-i as an all-in-one system with up to 4.18 MWh in one container. Those names distinguish system generations and architectures rather than just marketing tiers. The cell catalogue separately lists stationary-storage cells including 280 Ah, 314 Ah, 392 Ah and 588 Ah variants. Ampere-hours describe cell charge capacity; they should not be read as the delivered energy of a complete battery installation.

Technology

REPT BATTERO's Wending cell description focuses on cell structure, materials and manufacturing, while its utility solution combines cells, packs, power conversion, energy management, fire protection and thermal management at system level. The manufacturer names Power Electronics, SMA and Kehua among its PCS collaborators. That is useful integration context, but it does not supply a common public communications specification for every product. A DC battery container and an all-in-one system have different boundaries, and the project must establish which controller owns battery protection, power dispatch and external supervisory communications.

Markets

The utility-storage offering targets renewable integration and larger installations, with modular systems described from MWh to GWh project scale. The application catalogue also separates grid, commercial, UPS and residential storage from passenger and commercial vehicles. This breadth is useful when evaluating the supplier's role: an automotive battery relationship does not automatically identify the stationary system appropriate for a site. The Powtrix range gives concrete container products to compare for large installations, whereas the cell catalogue supports the earlier engineering decision of selecting components for an integrator's own enclosure and control design.

Company

REPT BATTERO's company profile records its founding in 2017 and identifies Tsingshan Holding Group as its parent. The same page labels Wenzhou as the headquarters and describes research centres in Shanghai, Wenzhou and Jiaxing, alongside several production locations. It clearly marks some manufacturing sites as under construction, which is different from operating capacity. The contact page provides a direct route to the battery business rather than the parent's metals operations. This corporate relationship is relevant to the industrial supply chain, while product suitability still comes from the battery company's own technical material.
