The ZHM-21 reads a wired M-Bus meter, controls a valve and sends the data to the Gateway.

Valve control built in
A Form C relay rated 1 A at 250 V AC switches a valve. It is not intended for large electrical loads.
Ready for tenant billing
Readings reach the Gateway over Zigbee and export to third-party platforms for billing, visualisation and analysis: standard protocols out, no lock-in. AES-128 on the mesh and TLS 1.2 upstream, and no EpiSensor cloud service is required: your data never passes through our servers.
Integrated mains supply
Runs from 85–264 V AC at 5 W maximum, so there are no batteries to replace.
