Read-only starter map for the Janitza UMG 103 running firmware 0.931 or later. Uses FC04, Janitza's documented Big-Endian address form and 32-bit IEEE-754 values.

Prove the decode before rollout

This template is scoped to the UMG 103 register list valid from firmware 0.931. Confirm the installed model and firmware before import.

Janitza's documented Big-Endian addresses are used directly as zero-based PDU addresses. Function code 04 is selected from the documented read functions 03 and 04; the template contains no writes.

Every selected value is a 32-bit IEEE-754 float in the documented Big-Endian form. Edge therefore uses big-endian bytes with word_swap false and byte_swap false. Janitza's alternative Little-Endian address form is the documented address plus 32768 and is not used here.

The address list states that values update every 200 ms. This starter template reports every 60 seconds; compare phase voltage, current, total power and energy counters with the meter before enabling alarms or exports.

Applying the file replaces the selected device's current Modbus sensor list. It does not change the Gateway connection, server address, Modbus unit ID, device enable state or export identifiers.
