EpiSensor’s website has an account creation feature which allows you to purchase products, access technical documentation, raise support tickets and use various other functionality. From a product page, you can select product variants and then add the product to your shopping cart. You can adjust quantities, remove items or continue shopping at this point. If you proceed to the checkout, you will be presented with a form to open an account, select shipping options and process a payment. You will be asked if you would like to register for our newsletter, and also asked to accept our terms and conditions of sale.
Returning customers can log in using the My Account link on the top right hand side of each page to access stored account information and support tickets. Our sales team will be more than happy to assist with selecting the right product for your application. We can provide a pro-forma invoice, official quotation or volume pricing as required. When you click ‘Place Order’, the order is final and will start being processed. If you need to make a last-minute change, call us on +353 61 512 500. You will receive an order confirmation email when the order has been completed.
Payment and VAT
EpiSensor processes Credit Card securely via a 3rd party payment Gateway. We also accept payments via PayPal and bank transfer. To arrange payment by bank transfer, please contact sales@episensor.com or call +353 61 512 500 or place an order on our website and select ‘Bank Transfer’ during the checkout process. Customers that have a VAT number and reside within the EU but outside Ireland are responsible for paying VAT in their own country. EpiSensor will therefore not charge these customers VAT. To ensure correct payment processing, we require your VAT number once you place your first order on our website.
Shipping (EU)
We try to ship all orders placed online with EpiSensor within 48 hours, unless a product or component is out of stock. You will receive an order confirmation when you process payment on our website, and if any significant delays are expected we will contact you in advance.
We ship to all countries within the EU, and Internationally with some exceptions. Shipping within the EU is free of customs charges. For more information on these exceptions and other shipping conditions, please contact us. EpiSensor uses FedEx for all orders placed on our website. After FedEx take possession of your order, we will provide you with a tracking number which allows you to follow the shipping process of your order. FedEx will deliver to your shipping address and will ask you to sign to confirm receipt of the shipment.
After FedEx has takes possession of the goods, delivery times can vary between 1 and 7 days, or sometimes longer under exceptional circumstances. Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping address, weight and volume of the order.
Shipping (International)
For deliveries to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South America, please contact us for a shipping quote and to discuss any specific requirements that might apply. Import duty is the responsibility of the recipient and in some cases will need to be paid direct to the courier in advance of delivery.
It is possible to arrange a shipment on your own account, assuming the courier will collect from our warehouse in Ireland. If you would like to arrange this, contact us in advance and we will send you a code that can be used within the shopping cart to disable the shipping costs, and include an account number for your courier.
